Q: How do I receive POS materials?
A: Our free of charge Point of Sale is still available with each order. Under the section "Point of Sale" you can select which items you would like to receive. Please note that certain POS is limited. If you have a special request, please email sales@upcirclebeauty.com directly after placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request!

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free for standard wholesale orders over £300+VAT for mainland UK. For orders below £300+VAT, shipping is £15 to mainland UK, and calculated at checkout for orders elsewhere.
Q: What’s your MOQ/Minimum Spend?
A: Our standard MOQ is £150+VAT. We offer smaller minimums for independents, with the option to order single units rather than case sizes. The MOQ for this is £75+VAT & free shipping on orders over £150+VAT. If interested in this option please email your account manager or sales@upcirclebeauty.com

Q: Why do you supply Amazon and large retailers with aggressive discounting?
A: UpCircle's ultimate mission as a business is to bring as sustainable products as possible, to as wide an audience as possible. To do this, we have to sell & market our products through the channels available. This includes retailers like Holland + Barrett, Ocado or Amazon, who control such a large share of the market. As part of our listing agreement with retailers, we have to partake in a series of promotions across the year. For example, we sometimes run 1/3rd off with Ocado. Amazon takes their retail pricing from the ‘online high street’ – we can’t control the prices they use, but they essentially mimic any savings offered through short term promotions like an Ocado sale. It’s never our full range of products discounted, and as soon as the promotion they’re matching is over, they go back to full price. Retailers (including but not limited to Amazon!) might not be ethical, but an UpCircle product sold through Amazon is still recyclable, upcycled, reusable & sustainably made. The customers we can access on Amazon are often completely different to the customers who shop with us directly or with in refill stores. We don’t match retailer promotional savings on our own b2c website, and don’t see an impact to direct sales when these promotions are on – often we bring new customers in through Amazon who later go on to refill with us instead.

Q: Do you offer any large order discounts?
A: We do! Shipping fewer, larger orders is better for us, and the planet! We offer the following large order discounts:
